The Art Hamptons Virtual Art Fair selected expert, Campion Platt, a world-renowned architect and interior designer, chose Charles Schucker’s 1971 Whitney Painting (which was included in Schucker’s 1971 solo exhibition at the Whitney Museum of American Art in NYC) as his Top Ten Selections out of 2000 artworks being exhibited at the Hamptons Art Fair. He states “Beyond the pure sculpture of the piece, your eye drifts deep inside, this is a serious piece with a first glance of just some summer fun.”
